A healthier lifestyle

In May 2016, I started a lifestyle revamp that has completely changed my life. Down 76lbs on WW (Weight Watchers re-imagined), I will share my experience here. My blog below shares my highs, lows and everything in between!  I don't pretend to be a nutrition expert, a fitness guru or anything but a girl who takes it one day at a time! You can also find my quick & easy recipes below. I'm not really a "food bloger" and don't pretend to be, but I can get the job done!
