What Works For Me

((may not work for you))

*The average person can expect to lose 1-2lbs per week on WW. What works for me, may not work for you! Make sure to find what helps you personally! Remember, everyone is different and this is my personal experience.

✔️I lost the majority of my weight online only. My weeks run from Sunday-Saturday and I have 23 daily points and 42 weekly points. I use them all pretty much every week!

✔️I make all of my breakfasts and lunches for the week on Sundays. I pre-track almost everything I eat. If I'm going out, I look at the menu first and use nutrition facts when possible. 

✔️I drink 100oz of water a day. It makes a HUGE difference. Track your water intake! 

✔️I try to work out 4-5 days a week. I have an elliptical/bike combo at home that I use and I take walks with my dog as well. I do not belong to a gym. I recently started trying Zumba and Pound classes as well, which are super fun!

✔️I rarely drink alcohol. That is a personal preference, but I do believe it helps. 

✔️I own a Fitbit Flex which I wear constantly. I aim for 10,000 steps a day and this motivation has been a great push. 

 

🔸When I started, I didn't cook much. I didn't exercise AT ALL. I hardly drank water. The idea of meal planning was laughable and although I was happy, I wasn't healthy. Last May at a doctors appointment, it suddenly clicked. I have liver & galbladder issues, as well as knee problems. I HAD to make changes. I started slowly. It does not happen overnight and it's not easy, but if I can commit to a lifestyle change then I know anyone can!
