Hash Brown Egg Bake

I just updated this recipe to WW Freestyle and it is now 1sp per serving! I used a medium size baking dish and I cut it into 5 equal servings. I cut them and am storing in Tupperware in the fridge for the week. I also added a sprinkling of bread crumbs to the top but it was such a small amount that I didn't count the points.


  • 4 eggs

  • Bread crumbs

  • Liquid egg whites (as much as you want)

  • Green onion

  • Orange and red peppers

  • Fat free cheddar cheese-1/2 cup

  • Trader Joe's light mozarella-1/4 cup

  • Hot sauce

  • Everything but the Bagel seasoning

  • Garlic powder

  • Plain shredded hash browns-2 cups


1) Preheat oven to 375

2) Spray baking dish with spray oil

3) Put all ingredients into the baking dish. Top with the bread crumbs and mozarella cheese.

4) Bake for 30 minutes

5) Broil for 400 for an additional 5 minutes depending how crispy you like it!
