Meal Prep for the week of 12/17
I will update later with photos & recipes, but for now here's my meal plan and grocery list for next week! It's a busy week, with my husband's birthday being on Sunday! Plus, he starts a NEW JOB!!!! Monday and we have only 3 full days at school since BREAK is starting Thursday! Since there's a lot going on and I can't plan certain meals, I tried to keep breakfasts and lunches light so that I have points to play with for dinner. I am also LOVING being able to rollover points!! I plan to have some fun with those this weekend, thanks FREESTYLE!
Meal Plan
Breakfasts: 3 egg cups, bacon & fruit (2sp)
Lunches: Turkey taco salads (3sp)
Dinners:
Sunday: Lasagna
Monday: Out for Scott's birthday (I already pretracked what I am eating)
Tuesday: Dinner with friends (I already pretracked the salmon)
Wednesday: Butternut squash Mac & Cheese from Trader Joe's
Thursday: ??
Friday: Flatbread pizza
